time flies!

its been fast and now its time to step down.

its almost too good to be true, but throughout my entire secondary life, the band has actually managed to get a gold for all the competitions we went through! :) well, i hope this can be maintained :D

sec1: genting internation band competition, gold
sec3: syf, gold
sec4: beijing iternation band competition, gold :D

well im not trying to boast or anything but its really quite amazing that i just had to say it :)

its been a wonderful 4 years in band! i know i'll definitely miss everyone :) in fact, im starting to think im missing everyone already. sigh, i didnt want everything to end so quickly, not forgetting the arrival of o levels :(

prelims are coming too, got to start working hard now :( my class sitting arrangement got changed. now im sitting right at the back! so unfair :( i dont think i can see the board as clearly and get distracted more easily :( i just hope i can really put my hundred and one into focusing for the last 3 months til prelims and finally o levels.

if i fail to focus, its all the seating arrangements' fault! xD

all right all right, i'd better go. chinese o levels orals are coming :( im scared! its this friday :( its my one and only chance of scoring for chinese and there are no redos! oh dear, i hope i do well :(

we'll be leaving soon! :(

i think i will deifnitely miss everyone! ive had such wonderful experience with every one of my section mates :) through all the recent sectionals, i guess ive also got a chance to bond more with everyone of them during section lunches.

beijing's our last desitnation, it feels kind of sad thinking about it. sir's said it : our last 3 practises in the band room. sounds quite depressing.

ive been in the band for about 3 and a half years now, its natural to have feelings attached to instruments, bandroom, file, stands (xD theyre lousy though) whatever things. the disgusting smelling cupboard (gotten used to that smell), that horrible seat that makes me grow icicles under my nose and clarinet condensation dripping all over (okay, maybe not).

i will miss everyone! :(

but i wont forget to come back and visit once in awhile :DD i shall see your progress *grins*
hmm not sure where i'll go yet; jc or poly?

actually, i cannot imagine life without band to keep my afternoons busy. perhaps the studying would do the trick (i abosolutely hate studying!), but i'll defnitely miss the fun and laughter during practises :D

well! beijing, our last destination,

LETS MAKE IT THE BEST :D

im sure there will still be farewell party for graduating clarinetists :DD haha.

im so disappointed with myself..

but theres nothing much i can do to change this,

given my nature of laziness,

urgh! so annoying.

this is the final month, wonder if i have all the things i need to pack for the beijing trip. i hope i have enough shirts to go around 7 days or so, oh sighhs.

mr nonami's coming tmr. how interesting, the last i saw him was in sec3 before SYF. wonder what sort of comments would he give this time? and besides with the new sec2 recruits, i wonder how much the sound has changed?

the section shirt will be done in a few days time, i wonder if it'll be too big? wonder how it looks nice, hope its nice :D i have a rough idea of what it'll look like for the back but not the front. oh well.

is 3 full days enough for packing? hmmm, actually it doesnt feel like theres much to carry. the list seems rather short. but i guess when i start to put everything into the luggage, it'll start to fatten up.

im not planning to take the flu vaccination, its too late. by the time i recover from the fever im bound to have upon taking the jab, i would have lost touch with my instrument as well as my playing. will i actually bring bid flu back or something?

choy! that better not happen!

fastest june

can you believe it? we're into the 2nd week of the june "holidays". its so horrible! poor sec4s have been yearning for the end of the first week because of the silly extra lessons. seriously, i think our school is quite 'kiasu' now, oops! i think even the primary sixes are going back for extra lessons as seen from across the primary school site through our classroom windows.

and right now, the 2nd week is about to end as well. firstly, the mountain piles of homework is sure to occupy 50% of the time in one day. secondly, theres still band - preparing for the beijing trip. oh, i hope we do well :( i hope we stay in standard.

im starting to worry about my time management. i wonder if i can finish my homework in time. urghs, horrible maths and history stand about a quarter of our total homework! i cannot believe 5 history papers, thats just insane! i think im on the verge of desperation! not forgetting theres sectionals tmr, so half a day down.

school's going reopen immediately after our return from beijing! and i think we'll reach singapore in the morning 6+am. oh sigh! this will be our last overseas trip. i want good results :(

time flies. its been almost 4 years. the seniors came and went. and now we're about to do the same, oh sigh!
