Fantasia's yesterday

Fantasia's over. our last Fantasia. cant believe it just ended like that. i guess we were quite the fruitful batch. we've been through almost every experience. from the old school's band room to the current one. from bus trip to genting to the aeroplane trip to beijing in june. from Fantasia in Victoria Concert Hall to Fantasia at CJC Performing Arts Auditorium. from one night Fantasia to two nights. i guess i wasnt wrong when i decided to join band in secondary one. and i think this would bring back great memories after the O levels.

well! it feels almost odd. it doesnt feel like the end. well yes, there is still the beijing competition thing. but our last concert? it didnt feel quite the last. it felt as if something more was going to happen. i dont know. i dont excatly have a fixed stand to what i feel, whether im happy im going to graduate and shed all this buden, or whether im sad that im stepping down, leaving my juniors standing on their own. oh im sure they can handle it!

its been a wonderful and fast 3 and a half years. soon our last overseas competition follows. and that will really be the last time i'll ever get to sit down in the band room, pick up my instrument and play with the rest. ive been thinking about the day when we all return to singapore from beijing. the time when we step out of the airport. we shall wait til that day and see what happen :)

well! its midyears time! horrible horrible midyears! ive got to start picking up my textbooks! i heard theres a lot of history homework, urgh so annoying :( all righty! ive got so much chocolates from my aunts and uncles during fantasia. and i mean a lot! it was supposed to be for the section, but everyone left :( must bring to school one day to share. :D
