'wow' isnt really the word to describe the camp

ive just returned from the one and a half day self-awareness camp yesterday at 12noon! and through this camp, i have really learnt a lot more about my classmates and as for those who i already know, i got to know them even better. well at least i know im not the only one worrying about o levels, haha.

i hope i can talk more to those people who ive never talked to in class before. but i know i'll just go back to my quiet and ordinary self once the new school week starts again.

honestly, when we were doing a sharing session, i really got to see and feel each other's feelings. i mean those whom i have always thought as strong and capable were actually quite weak and fragile when it comes to certain matters. listening to them share their stories, i actually felt sad for them. and seriously, unless anybody has the heart of steel, or they would have at least teared for the them.

it was nice getting to understand each other and talking to everybody in the class, telling them their good and areas of improvement. and yes, i know i should talk more and participate more in class discussions. but what can i say? umm metaphorically. there are just certain issues i deal with in my little mind. such not wanting to appear silly if i had said something stupid xD

anyway! immediately after the breaking of camp, nicole and i rushed home and got ready to go to zhixin's invitation to the soka association 'the little prince' musical with 6 other friends. we were supposed to be late, like the thing starts at 2pm but we arrived around 2.45pm. but in the end, when we arrived, some guy was still talking and introducing about the association. so we werent late for the performance :D

the thing ended at around 3.28pm. we hung around the building and to my surprise, there were people advertising and promoting for the polys in singapore? i mean they can do that? haha.

then, we wanted to watch '27 dresses' the movie. it was a last minute arrangement. we decided to watch the one in junction8 at 6.45pm and as you can see, there was more than enough time to go there. we wanted to go to roxanne's house first before going to j8 where jacqueline would be meeting up with us. we spent most of the time on walking from the soka building to the bus stop and the bishan interchange to roxanne's house.

but we decided to visit nicole's house first, which was only a few blocks away from roxanne's. saw her doggy and zhixin ran away from it 'as usual' xD when we finally went to roxanne's house, it was also 6.15pm!! so the movie will start in half an hour's time! we finally realised how desperate we were and roxanne had to bathe really quickly. then we called jacqueline who was already at j8, to try and book tickets but the lady say you need to pay the ticket price as well as to book. umm it really just means buying tickets not booking :/ silly lady, haha!

so yes, rushed and perspired a lot before arriving at j8. then watched the movie. valerie kept asking for the time during the movie xD well the movie was okay uh. well then we had dinner at yoshinoya after that which was around 9pm. late huh, ive never really been this late out with my friends before, not til 9 plus! xD

took 58 alone and walked the dark and scary road home alone :/ reached home at around 10.20pm and fell asleep immediately. my mum was at my grandparents having 'reunion dinner' which was a make-up one my 4th aunt had proposed cause she missed the previous one. so there, this concludes my saturday for this week.

i did it!

yay! ive finally made my very first wallpaper xD sorry, but the castle is a bit scratchy cause of the magic wand tool thing :/ hahas. well well! still as busy as ever! tests around every corner. theres going to be a geography test this friday. how terrible. i want to make more wallpapers xD oh man! there are so much to learn :/ oh well, i can do it! i guess.

fallen victim to sickness once again

this is only the second week of the year 2008, the year of misery for us secondary fours, and i have already fallen sick! goodness! i have broke my record of falling sick right after the start of school. how very angering. and i hope this record stays this way!

as you all have realised, my posts have been becoming more occasional and irregular. well sorry for that, we all know how busy we'll get when we reach this stage of our secondary lives :D yes that is correct, i have already got 2 tests coming up this week and more shall come soon, probably next week too. this is horrible! i cant wait to get over and done with my secondary four life!

and yes, very soon i'll be stepping down :( but before that'll happen, there are still several upcoming events i have to worry for :/ oh just in case anybody out there doesnt understand my way of 'worry', its practically everything i have to do. from homework, projects to responsibilities i have to take up in my cca. sighs! i hope i can handle this :) sheesh, i seriously need to concentrate and do something to buck up in my chinese. its been terrible lately!

just finishes reading up on physics. which consists of things i have learnt over the entire of last year! its going to be tested, how unfair is that! well, i know its important to recap but leaving us with only 2 half days to study wont give us enough preparations! hmm, i have also realised how relaxed zx and vanessa's lives are, haha. well their behaviour tells me as if they have no tests or homework xD i wish i could be like that some times~ im lazy :/

gahh! i just cant stop talking about all these stressful stuff!

on a random note, i want to learn photoshop! it seems so fun :D
