what an embarrassing performance!

we had the annual section competition on the 10th of nov which was the just passed saturday. it was totally embarrassing! well, especially when i had to perform and act like a total dramatic person! xD i was supposed to be the girlfriend while xinhui the boyfriend. she had to make her escape before the loan sharks caught her. and the reason she 'broke up' with me was because the stock market has crashed and she borrowed a lot of money from loans sharks xD haha so you do the math. yeah blablabla, i was supposed to die of poisoning cause i was so traumatised that i commited suicide by drinking rat poison. yes, i rose from my 'death' and became an angel.

haha well, i liked out 'costume' of the day. we were all in halos made of wires and aluminium foils attached to our hairbands and angels wings cut out with art block which were stuck with scorch tape onto our backs. we even had my mum's hand made flowers in our pockets! aww, we were supposed to throw the flowers to the audience, but in the end they all hit the ceiling and fell back onto the ground. though we didnt win anything this year, but im sure we'll all work hard to achive better results next year =D perhaps if i had the time, i would love to come visit the band!

well, ive never thought i could become so dramatic infront of about 100 people! guess band really helped boost a little bit of my self esteem and confidence infront of crowds. i hope this lasts long. auditions are nearing, better practise hard. and i found out that the eflat is really hard to play! the ambouche is totally different for the bflat and eflat. like you have to bite way harder for the eflat. pity pity andrea xD work hard! you'll achieve wonders =D

aww man im really worried for the short solo i have in merry widow. i sound rather thin on the reed and the other reeds are too thick to play. i get breathless easily on them. its so sad! i sounded pretty terrible today. sigh, im a lousy player. thats why.

the game plan!

we went out for a movie today! well, as you can see, its 'the game plan'. it was a really funny movie! i think its worth the watch. hmms, i guess there isnt a movie which i thought was not worth watching so far xD the storyline was pretty cool and occasionally touching. but i cant believe that guy's house! its so high tech. must have been really expensive!

we had our lunch at the area outside the theatres at lido. i dont exactly know what to call that? its not like a food junction cause there were simply too little seats, so i guess its like a combination of many small fastfood/'slowfood' stalls. i originally ordered fish ole burger. but somehow i got another fillet burger. well the wrapper said fillet burger, but when i opened it and took a bite, i found it was chicken? that was just weird! not only did i not get my fish ole, i didnt even get a fish burger? Dx well, that cant be helped now can it. i think i was 'bullying' jacqueline the whole day xD and the things i say simply made vanessa laugh like crazy? but i didnt think they were that funny? aww poor jacqueline *pats back*. by the way, since when have i became all their mother?! haha. the day ended quick!

well! the long awaited job attachment is finally here! its tomorrow! actually, i dont feel like going for it anymore. everybody else has finished their job attachment but me and a few other people. for some reason, i feel kind of left out! this is weird. hah. well! this holiday is passing by really really fast. i think this is actually the shortest holiday ive ever had! november is going to end in a blink of an eye now. and december is coming. after the concert, it'll be only three weeks til school reopens! and o levels follows for us. dang! i think im going to stress myself up again!

going on an overseas holiday trip in december! i havent been on a plane for quite some time, to be exact 2 years now! gosh, i forgotten the feeling of anti-gravity when the plane tilts or lands(its the feeling of your heart coming out of your body). anyway, better work hard for next year! sigh.

heroes is showing tonight at 10pm! i am so going to catch it =D what? it looks interesting! haha. right then i shall end here now, before i miss the starting of the show xD
